REFUND POLICY
GENERAL TERMS
If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you shall be deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.10.2023/10683), as well as other applicable legislation in force, regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
Shipping costs (cargo fees) related to product dispatch shall be borne by the Buyer.
Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the Buyer, provided that the delivery period does not exceed the legal limit of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyer may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete, in conformity with the specifications stated in the order, and together with any applicable warranty certificate, user manual, or related documentation.
If it becomes impossible to supply the purchased product, the Seller is obliged to notify the Buyer in writing within 3 days from the date it becomes aware of such situation. The total amount paid must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID
If the Buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD
If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the related bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the Seller, the Buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the Seller within 3 days. In such case, the shipping costs shall be borne by the Seller.
FAILURE TO DELIVER DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
If force majeure events occur that the Seller could not foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer shall be notified. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed.
If the Buyer cancels the order and payment was made in cash, the amount shall be refunded in cash within 14 days from cancellation. If payment was made by credit card, the product amount shall be refunded to the bank within 14 days from cancellation; however, the bank may transfer the amount to the Buyer’s account within 2–3 weeks.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT
The Buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before accepting delivery and shall not accept damaged or defective goods/services (e.g., crushed, broken, torn packaging) from the cargo company.
Goods/services accepted shall be deemed to have been delivered intact and in good condition. The Buyer is obliged to protect the goods/services with due care after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used. The invoice must also be returned together with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from the date the purchased product is delivered to the Buyer or to the person/organization at the address indicated by the Buyer, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification, provided that the Seller is notified via the contact details below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period begins on the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts where performance has begun with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires.
Costs arising from exercising the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the BUYER.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the SELLER within 14 days via registered mail, fax, or e-mail, and the product must not have been used within the scope of the provisions regulating products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To initiate a return or exchange process for your product, please follow these steps:

If requesting an exchange, specify the product you wish to receive in exchange.
After all required information is provided, a shipping code will be sent to you. Shipping costs shall be borne by you.
Products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with their box, packaging, and any standard accessories, if applicable.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The SELLER is obliged to refund the total amount and any documents that place the BUYER under obligation within 10 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice and to collect the returned goods within 20 days.
If a decrease in the value of the goods occurs due to the BUYER’s fault or if return becomes impossible, the BUYER shall compensate the SELLER for damages in proportion to their fault. However, the BUYER shall not be responsible for changes or deterioration resulting from proper use of the product within the withdrawal period.
If the exercise of the right of withdrawal reduces the order amount below a campaign threshold set by the SELLER, the discount benefited under the campaign shall be canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

Products prepared in line with the BUYER’s personal requests or clearly personal needs and not suitable for return

Underwear bottom pieces, swimwear bottoms, cosmetics, single-use products

Goods that are perishable or likely to expire

Products that are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

Products that are mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated by nature

Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines (except subscription agreements)

Services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer

Audio/video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data storage devices, computer consumables if unsealed by the BUYER
Additionally, services that have commenced with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires cannot be canceled.
Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, reproducible software, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) may only be returned if their packaging is unopened, unused, undamaged, and untested.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on payments made by credit card, the BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement concluded with the card-issuing bank and shall be responsible to the bank.
In such case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies and claim the resulting costs and attorney fees from the BUYER. Under all circumstances, if the BUYER defaults due to their debt, the BUYER agrees to compensate the SELLER for any damages and losses incurred due to delayed performance of the obligation.
